So many beautiful dresses last night at the Golden Globes! It was a gown sort of night and I was so happy to see so many blush dresses! I had a few favorites, but I have to include a post about a lovely lady who always looks amazing and sophisticated. She looks so great!!

I’m beyond excited about The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo coming out. I am a huge fan of the slightly disturbing books and have seen the first three in Swedish. I think Rooney Mara has gone further than most actresses would ever dream of for this role (So she got her nipple pierce…ouch!) and I think Daniel Craig is going to be perfect. HOWEVER. I think a little smile from the red carpet would remind all of us that she is not a slightly scary, overly pierced and tatted, goth, abused former-ward-of-Sweden, but a beautiful young actress with a bright future. All this scowling at the camera makes her look like an angry Olsen twin!
Maybe it is just a 4pm blood sugar dip, but this wedding post from my favorite wedding site, StyleMePretty.com, is making me lightheaded! I’m in love with the brides dramatic dress, the beautiful church pics, the NYC architecture, it is all delicious!
